1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and federal holidays). You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the next business day.

Peak Season Notice: During high-demand periods (holidays, flash sales, new launches), processing times may extend to 2–5 business days. We will notify you by email if your order is affected.

Once submitted, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address, items, or quantities. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin after order processing is complete. Timeframes do not include weekends or federal holidays. GirlyNest cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted national carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time:

  • USPS – Standard and first-class shipments
  • UPS – Expedited and express shipments
  • FedEx – Express and priority shipments

The carrier is determined at the time of fulfillment based on order size, destination, and selected shipping speed. Your carrier and tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order via:

  • The link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • The carrier's website directly using your tracking number.
  • Your GirlyNest account dashboard under "My Orders."

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. GirlyNest is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories.
  • P.O. boxes are accepted for standard orders only.
  • Please include apartment, suite, or unit numbers where applicable.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs. Contact us immediately at girlynext2@gmail.com if you entered an incorrect address.

6. Shipping Delays & Issues

While we strive for on-time delivery, circumstances beyond our control may occasionally delay shipments, including severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs delays, high-volume periods, or incorrect addresses.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking information first. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us.

7. Lost or Damaged Orders

Lost Packages

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package: check with neighbors, check all entry points, contact the carrier, and wait 24–48 hours. If still unresolved after 48 hours, contact us at girlynext2@gmail.com.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and items immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

📸 Please retain all original packaging when reporting damage, as it may be needed for the carrier's damage claim process.

8. International Shipping

GirlyNest primarily serves customers within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at girlynext2@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These are separate from GirlyNest's shipping fees and are non-refundable.

9. Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons (Thanksgiving through New Year's, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), we recommend placing orders in advance:

  • Standard Shipping: Order at least 10–14 days before the holiday.
  • Expedited Shipping: Order at least 7 days before the holiday.
  • Express Shipping: Order at least 3–5 days before the holiday.

Holiday shipping cutoff dates will be announced on our website and via email newsletters.
