📋 Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Items that do not meet our condition requirements will be returned to you at your expense.
3. How to Return an Item

Receive Return Authorization (RMA)
Our team responds within 1–2 business days with an RMA number and return instructions. Do not send items without an RMA — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Pack Your Item Securely
Pack in original packaging with all tags attached. Include your order number and RMA number inside the package.

Ship Your Return
Send via a trackable shipping service to our return address. Retain your tracking number — we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Await Processing & Refund
Once received and inspected (3–5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange. You'll receive an email confirmation.

4. Refunds
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not issue cash refunds.
- Credit/Debit Cards: Processed within 5–10 business days after return approval.
- PayPal: Processed within 3–5 business days after return approval.
- Store Credit: Issued instantly upon return approval; never expires.
Refund Amount
Refunds cover the item price paid, excluding original shipping charges. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
⏱ Allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear after return confirmation. Processing time varies by financial institution.
5. Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for a different size, color, or style within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Contact us at girlynext2@gmail.com with your order number and exchange request, return the original item, and once received we will ship the exchange. If the replacement is higher value, you will be charged the difference; if lower, we will refund the difference.
6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos. We will offer a full replacement, a full refund (including shipping), or store credit plus a 10% courtesy credit. We cover all return shipping for defective/incorrect item claims.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Intimate apparel, underwear, and swimwear (hygiene reasons)
- Opened beauty products, skincare, haircare, and fragrances
- Health and personal care items once opened or used
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at purchase
- Gift cards and store credit (non-refundable)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items worn, altered, damaged, or laundered by the customer
- Items returned without prior RMA authorization
8. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your tracking number until your refund is confirmed. GirlyNest is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
9. International Returns
For international customers, the same 30-day return policy applies. International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or fees. Please contact us at girlynext2@gmail.com before shipping any international returns for specific instructions.
